Stay at Kamp Kohut
Nothing says ‘summer in Maine’ like a camp on a lake…
Join us at Kamp Kohut where we have access to 18 shared cabins, all within steps of the lake, fields, and camp buildings. All wedding events and meals will be at the camp.
The cabins are basic but steeped in classic, campy charm. They are open rooms that sleep 6 to 10 guests with screened windows, single beds, electricity, and bathroom with hot water shower, toilet, and sinks. Sheets, towel, pillow, and blanket are provided. We will let you know where you will be staying when you arrive.
Due to limited space, cabin accommodations are for adults only. While kids are welcome at all wedding events and can swim and play all weekend, we just don’t have space to accommodate families in the cabins.
Cabin accommodations are $100/person for the entire weekend (payable by check or Venmo).
Staying at the camp is an opportunity to sink in and maximize quality time with friends, loved ones, and nature. Think of our wedding weekend as a lakeside mini-retreat, where your main responsibilities are to relax, enjoy and have so much fun. We hope that you will take advantage of this option!

Stay elsewhere
If you would prefer to find your own off site accommodations, there are plenty of places close to Kamp Kohut right in Oxford or in the Lakes Region. Choose from inns, Airbnbs, and hotels. If the city calls, Portland is only 50 minutes away and has tons of options too.
August in Maine is VERY busy so we suggest booking your accommodations as soon as possible!

An economical and very old school gem! They offer a variety of lodging options including basic rooms, suites, and cottages. Call the front desk to discuss the different options. You actually get a human! “The Lodge” is the most affordable.
